OHIO BUCKEYE BALLS

These no bake Peanut butter balls are absolutely the best! Let the kids help.

1 cup Butter, softened 125 mL
2 cups Peanut butter 500 mL
1 1/2 lbs Sifted (icing) confectioner's sugar 750 g
12 oz Semisweet chocolate chips 340 g
1/3 of 1 lb bar Paraffin wax 1/3 of 450 g bar

Cream butter with sugar. Mix in peanut butter. Shape into 1 inch [2.5 cm] balls. Place on waxpaper-lined cookie sheet and chill for 30 minutes.

DIP
Melt chocolate and grated paraffin wax in saucepan on lowest heat, stirring often. Using a toothpick or wooden skewer, dip balls into chocolate, covering all but a small circle on the top. Place on waxed paper to harden.

Store in tightly covered container in a dry cool place for up to 2 months.
