Quick and easy low cal. soup, great for cabbage lovers. Serves 2 or 3

1/2 head Cabbage, chopped in large pieces 1/2 head
2 Onion sliced 2
1 Green pepper, chopped in large pieces 1
6 Celery stalks, chopped 6
1 (14 oz) can Tomatoes (undrained), chopped 1 (398 mL) can
1 pkg Dry Onion soup mix 1 pkg
Season with salt and pepper
Parmesan cheese, optional

Put all ingredients in pot and cover with water. Simmer until vegetables are cooked. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
