FLUFFY WHITE RICE

Perfect rice every time. Serves 4

1 cup Parboiled (converted) long grain rice 250 mL
2 cups Water 500 mL
1/2 tsp Salt 2 mL

Combine water, salt and rice in a saucepan. Cover tightly and bring to boil. Reduce heat to a very slow simmer. Cook 15 minutes, remove from heat, Let stand covered for 10 minutes.

TIP: This will make 4 cups (1 L) hot cooked rice when fluffed.
