Excellent over chicken cordon bleu or any vegetable
Makes about 2 cups [500 mL]

1/4 cup Butter 50 mL
1/4 cup Flour 50 mL
pinch Each of salt, pepper, nutmeg pinch
1/2 cup Chicken stock 125 mL
1/2 cup White wine 125 mL
1 cup Cream 250 mL
1 tsp Onion flakes or minced onion 5 mL

Melt butter in a 4-cup (1 L) glass measure on High for 20 to 30 seconds. Add  remaining ingredients and whisk together.  Cook on High for about 3-5 min. or until thickened, stirring carefully after each minute.
