Serve chilled with Fried or broiled dish, dressing for cold salmon or as a seafood dip
Makes 1 cup [250 mL]

3/4 cup Mayonnaise 175 mL
1/4 cup Sweet pickle relish 50 mL
1 tbsp Chopped parsley 15 mL
1 tbsp Lemon juice 15 mL

In a small bowl stir together all ingredients until well mixed.
