This is one of our favorite salad dressings. Wonderful on a green salad or just drizzle on a plate of sliced tomatoes. Makes about 2 cups [500 mL]

1-1/3 cup Salad oil 325 mL
1/2 cup Vinegar 125 mL
1/4 cup Grated parmesan cheese 50 mL
1 tbsp Sugar 15 mL
1-1/2 tsp Salt 7 mL
1 tsp Celery salt 5 mL
1/2 tsp Pepper 2 mL
1/2 tsp Dry mustard 2 mL
1 Large garlic clove minced 1
1/4 tsp Paprika 1 mL

Combine all the ingredients in a jar or your favorite salad dressing bottle, shake very well and refrigerate. Shake again each time you use it. I usually serve this with a tossed green salad consisting of equal amounts of Romaine and iceberg lettuce, finely chopped celery and green pepper; chopped green onions and sliced button mushrooms.
