GREEK SALAD |

Great luncheon salad. Serve 4 to 6

1 head | Romaine lettuce or mixed greens | 1 head |
any amount | Cherry Tomatoes, Sliced cucumbers | any amount |
1 small | Red onion sliced & separated in rings | 1 small |
1/2 cup | Black or Kalamata Olives | 125 mL |
1/2 lb | Feta Cheese | 250 g |
DRESSING |

1 tsp | Minced garlic | 5 mL |
6 tbsp | Olive Oil | 90 mL |
2 tbsp | Red Wine Vinegar | 30 mL |
1 tsp | Dried Oregano | 5 mL |
Salt & Coarsely Ground Pepper to Taste | ||
To your salad bowl of greens add all vegetables and olives. Shake dressing ingredients very well, pour over salad, toss and sprinkle with feta cheese. |
