|2||loaves frozen bread dough, thawed||2|
|1/2 cup||vegetable oil||125 mL|
|1/2 tsp||garlic powder||2 mL|
|1/2 tsp||oregano||2 mL|
|1/2 tsp||salt||2 mL|
|1/2 tsp||pepper||2 mL|
|1/2 tsp||basil||2 mL|
|1/2 lb||pepperoni, chopped||250 g|
|1 lb||ham, finely diced||450 g|
|1 lb||sausage or ground beef browned until crumbly, drained||450 g|
|2 to 3 cups||shredded mozzarella cheese||500 to 750 mL|
|Spaghetti sauce (optional)|
Preheat the oven to 350°F [180°C].
Allow the bread dough to rise.
Combine the eggs, oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, pepper and basil in a small bowl Combine the pepperoni, ham, sausage and cheese in a separate bowl Roll the risen bread dough into 2 rectangles. Layer the egg mixture and the pepperoni mixture over the dough. Roll up like a jelly roll, tucking the ends and placing seam side down on a jelly roll pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Slice and serve with warm spaghetti sauce poured over the slices.
