ITALIAN DRESSING |

This is one of our favorite salad dressings. Wonderful on a green salad or just drizzle on a plate of sliced tomatoes. Makes about 2 cups [500 mL] |

1-1/3 cup | Salad oil | 325 mL |
1/2 cup | Vinegar | 125 mL |
1/4 cup | Grated parmesan cheese | 50 mL |
1 tbsp | Sugar | 15 mL |
1-1/2 tsp | Salt | 7 mL |
1 tsp | Celery salt | 5 mL |
1/2 tsp | Pepper | 2 mL |
1/2 tsp | Dry mustard | 2 mL |
1 | Large garlic clove minced | 1 |
1/4 tsp | Paprika | 1 mL |

Combine all the ingredients in a jar or your favorite salad dressing bottle, shake very well and refrigerate.
Shake again each time you use it. I usually serve this with a tossed green salad consisting of equal amounts of Romaine
and iceberg lettuce, finely chopped celery and green pepper; chopped green onions and sliced button mushrooms.
