A satisfying casual dish, also very popular for large group buffets. Serves 4

3 cups cooked Noodles (about 6 oz [170 g] uncooked) 750 mL cooked
1 can Cream of mushroom soup 1 can
1 large can White tuna in water, drained and flakes 1 large can
1 cup Milk 250 mL
2 cups Crushed cornflakes 500 mL
1/4 cup Melted butter 50 mL
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese 50 mL
Salt & Pepper to taste

Cook noodles, drain and cool.

Preheat oven to 350F [180C]
In 13x9 inch [33x23 cm] baking dish, mix soup, milk, noodles and tuna.
Mix cornflakes, melted butter and parmesan cheese; spread over noodle mixture.
Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly.

NOTE: Increase size of baking dish if you double or triple ingredients. Double to serve 8 to 10, triple for 15 to 25 servings.
