SUMMER SANGRIA

Any assortment of fruit can be used. Serves 12.

1/2 cup Sugar 125 mL
1/2 cup Orange liqueur 125 mL
1/2 cup Brandy 125 mL
2 Bottles Dry white wine (2) 750 mL each
1 Bottle Soda water, chilled (1) 750 mL
Honeydew melon, cantaloupe balls, lemon, lime and orange slices
Whole strawberries
Ice cubes


In large pitcher, combine sugar, orange liqueur, brandy and wine; cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours or until chilled. Just before serving, stir in soda water to taste; add melon and cantaloupe balls, lemon, lime and orange slices, strawberries and ice cubes.
