MAI TAI PUNCH

Enliven a party with this light, bubbly version of the South-Seas beverage. Makes 8 servings

3/4 cup Frozen orange juice Concentrate, thawed 175 mL
3/4 cup Frozen grapefruit juice Concentrate, thawed 175 mL
3/4 cup Light rum 175 mL
1/4 cup Orange liqueur 50 mL
1 1-liter bottle Soda water, chilled 1 1-liter bottle
Orange or grapefruit wedges (optional)
Crushed ice


In large pitcher, combine orange and grapefruit juice concentrates, rum and liqueur. Gently stir in soda water. Serve at once over crushed ice. If desired, garnish with orange or grapefruit wedges.
