Courtesy of Tabasco PepperFest Grilled chicken with an oriental twist. Makes 4 servings.

4 Halved boneless chicken breast 4
3 tbsp TABASCO brand Soy Sauce  50 mL
2 tbsp Honey 30 mL
1 tbsp Sesame seeds, toasted 15 mL
1 tsp Grated peeled fresh ginger 5 mL
1 Clove of Garlic, crushed 1
Curly leaf lettuce for serving
2 Green onions, cut in long thin strips

Place chicken between 2 sheets of plastic wrap and with a meat mallet or rolling pin, flatten evenly to about 1/4-inch thick.

Combine TABASCO® brand Soy Sauce, honey, sesame seeds, ginger, and garlic in a small bowl; stir well and set aside.

Coat a stovetop ridged-grill pan, broiler pan, or rack for outdoor grill with cooking spray, and preheat. Place chicken on pan or rack and grill 2 to 3 minutes on each side, basting frequently with soy sauce mixture.

Line serving platter with curly leaf lettuce, transfer chicken to platter, and garnish with green onions.
