An easy side dish with flavor from green onion, herbs and Parmesan. Makes 8 Servings

3 lbs Small or medium unpeeled new potatoes 1.5 kg
3 tbsp Olive oil 50 mL
3 tbsp Chopped fresh parsley 50 mL
1 cup Thinly sliced green onions 250 mL
3 tbsp Grated parmesan cheese 50 mL
3 Garlic cloves, finely chopped 3
2 tsp Chopped fresh oregano 10 mL

Cook potatoes in large pot of boiling salted water until just tender, about 15 minutes. Drain potatoes; cool.

Prepare barbecue(medium heat). Cut potatoes in half; transfer to large bowl. Add 2 tbsp oil [25 ml]; toss to coat. Grill potatoes until golden, turning occasionally for about 5 minutes. Transfer to bowl. Drizzle 1-2 tbsp [15-25 ml] oil over. Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.
