SHRIMP MOLD

Makes this popular appetizer at least 24 hours ahead.  Serve with assorted crackers. 
1 pkg. Knox unflavored gelatine 1 pkg.

6 oz

Cream cheese 170 g
1 can Tomato soup 1 can
1 cup Minced onion 250 mL
1 cup Minced celery 250 mL
1 cup Mayonnaise 250 mL
2 cans Shrimp, drained 2 cans

Mix gelatine in 1/4 cup [60 mL] water; set aside. Heat soup and add cream cheese; blend until smooth. Add gelatine. Add other ingredients and pour into mold that has been greased with mayonnaise.
