Serve this tasty pate with bagel thins, assorted crackers or slices of crusty baguette. Makes about 2 cups
8 oz. Braunschweiger sausage 250 g
8 oz Cream cheese 225 g
1 Small onion, minced 1
1/2 tsp Garlic powder 2 mL
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 5 mL
1/4 cup(approx) Milk or cream 50 mL (approx)

In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients, adding milk a little at a time until nice and smooth.

Place in a serving dish or shape in a ball wrapped in plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Garnish with black or green olives, or roll ball in chopped nuts and parsley.
