BRAUNSCHWEIGER BALL OR SPREAD
|Serve this tasty pate with bagel thins, assorted crackers or slices of crusty baguette. Makes about 2 cups
|8 oz.||Braunschweiger sausage||250 g|
|8 oz||Cream cheese||225 g|
|1||Small onion, minced||1|
|1/2 tsp||Garlic powder||2 mL|
|1 tsp||Worcestershire sauce||5 mL|
|1/4 cup(approx)||Milk or cream||50 mL (approx)|
In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients, adding milk a little at a time until nice and smooth.
Place in a serving dish or shape in a ball wrapped in plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Garnish with black or green olives, or roll ball in chopped nuts and parsley.
